Summary terms. A full supply agreement is issued at account verification and controls in the event of conflict.
Eligibility
Sales are limited to licensed pharmacies, licensed healthcare providers and practices, telehealth organizations, research institutions and verified distributors. We may request licensing documentation at any time and may decline or cancel any order.
Intended use
Products are supplied as bulk peptide materials for compounding by licensed pharmacies under valid prescriptions, or for laboratory research. They are not finished drug products, are not for direct-to-consumer resale, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. The purchaser is solely responsible for legal and appropriate use, including compliance with FDCA §503A/§503B, state law and DEA requirements where applicable.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is disclosed only to verified accounts and may change with notice. New accounts prepay; Net terms are extended at our discretion after payment history is established.
Shipping
Orders ship cold-chain to all 50 US states. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed. Temperature excursions must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the indicator.
Returns and quality claims
Because products are temperature-sensitive, returns are accepted only for shipping damage or a documented quality issue reported within 7 days. We will replace or credit confirmed nonconforming product. Retained samples are held 24 months per lot.
Documentation
Each lot ships with a certificate of analysis and pedigree documentation. Additional analytical data is available on request.
