Solutions for the whole peptide program

Product is the easy part. The programs below cover the pieces that usually slow a peptide business down: dispensing across state lines, pharmacy documentation, getting paid, and putting your own name on the vial.

Telehealth supply program

For telehealth groups running peptide, GLP-1 or longevity programs who need one supplier that can keep every state stocked.

The problem

Telehealth companies grow faster than their supply chain. A single pharmacy covers a handful of states, lots run out mid-campaign, and every new state means a new vendor onboarding and a new compliance review. Patients feel it as delays; the company feels it as churn.

What we do

  • One master supply agreement covering all 50 states, with pricing that holds across your pharmacy network.
  • Coordinated supply to your dispensing 503A pharmacies so a patient in Texas and a patient in Maine get the same lot quality on the same timeline.
  • Demand forecasting: share your prescription volume and we hold allocated inventory for your programs.
  • Introductions to 503A partners licensed in the states you're missing, already familiar with our documentation.
  • Patient-safe supply kits (bacteriostatic water, syringes, prep pads, instructions) co-packed for pharmacy dispensing.

How it's structured

  • Business entity verification and a short compliance questionnaire (prescriber model, dispensing pharmacies, states served).
  • Supply agreement with volume tiers, Net terms once established, and a named account manager.
  • Monthly lot report showing CoAs delivered per pharmacy, so your compliance team has a single record.
  • Optional payment-processing setup for the patient side (see below), since most processors decline telehealth peptide programs on sight.

503A compounding pharmacy supply

Bulk peptides and pre-weighed vials, with the supplier documentation your state board of pharmacy will ask to see.

What pharmacies get

  • Bulk API and pre-weighed lyophilized vials for semaglutide, tirzepatide, BPC-157, NAD+, CJC/Ipamorelin, sermorelin and the rest of the catalog.
  • Lot-specific certificate of analysis: HPLC purity, LC-MS identity, endotoxin, sterility and water content.
  • Supplier qualification packet, site information and a pedigree document with every order, formatted for an inspection binder.
  • Consistent lot sizes so you can validate a formulation once and keep producing against the same material.
  • Ancillaries in bulk: bacteriostatic water, sterile vials, syringes, nasal bottles and reconstitution kits.

Compliance notes we'll put in writing

  • We sell only to licensed pharmacies and verified entities; license copies stay on file and are re-verified annually.
  • We do not compound, dispense or sell to patients, and we do not pay for prescriptions. Referral and partner arrangements are structured with anti-kickback and EKRA considerations in mind and reviewed by counsel.
  • Product is supplied as bulk material for compounding under a valid patient-specific prescription. The pharmacy remains responsible for FDCA §503A compliance, including bulk-substance eligibility in its state.
  • Recall and lot-trace procedures are documented and can be added to your SOP file.

High-risk payment processing

Merchant accounts that underwrite peptides, GLP-1 programs, telehealth and compounding, arranged through our payments partner, Peptide Payment Processing.

Why this is part of a supply relationship

We watched too many good accounts lose a Stripe or Square account overnight, with reserves frozen and refunds stalled. Supply and payments fail together, so we solve them together. Our partner processes more than $50M a year for peptide brands, telehealth groups and clinics that mainstream processors won't touch.

What's available

  • Dedicated high-risk merchant accounts (domestic acquiring where the model qualifies, offshore where it doesn't).
  • Card processing, ACH and eCheck, plus a crypto rail as a backup for brands that need it.
  • Chargeback alerts and representment support, with descriptor and billing-language review before you go live.
  • Recurring billing for subscription and membership programs.
  • Load-balancing across multiple MIDs so a single shutdown never stops revenue.

Underwriting, plainly

  • Approval typically takes 3–7 business days with a complete file: entity documents, bank statements, processing history if any, and your website.
  • Rates are quoted per account; high-risk pricing runs higher than retail processing and includes a rolling reserve at first, which steps down as history builds.
  • Your website needs clear terms, refund policy, contact details and compliant product language. We review it before submission and tell you exactly what to change.
  • Telehealth models are underwritten with the prescriber and pharmacy relationship documented; that's usually the deciding factor.

Clinics, med spas & wellness practices

Office-use supply plus a prescription path, for practices that want to run peptide and NAD+ programs without becoming a pharmacy.

  • Curated protocol menus by category (metabolic, recovery, cellular, aesthetic) so staff can order what the protocol calls for.
  • Referral path to partner 503A pharmacies when a patient-specific prescription is required, with turnaround times you can promise a patient.
  • Ancillary supplies, patient instruction sheets and reconstitution guides, co-branded on request.
  • Staff training call on storage, handling and documentation at onboarding.
  • Clear separation between office-use items we supply directly and prescription items dispensed by the pharmacy; both show up on one monthly statement.
  • Payment-processing setup for the practice (most clinic processors flag peptide line items).
  • Growth support: pricing tiers step down as monthly volume grows, and multi-location practices get one account with location-level shipping.

  • Custom quantities from milligram vials to multi-gram bulk.
  • Full analytical package per lot, raw chromatograms available on request.
  • Reserved lots for longitudinal studies so the material doesn't change mid-protocol.
  • Institutional purchasing accepted: PO terms, W-9 and vendor packets on request.
  • Custom sequences and modifications quoted within three business days.
